50' unweighted walking lunge

Simple couplet of a cardio and step up. Choose different cardio every round or stay with the same. If you are chooseing walking with a vest or pack, you can simply continue the step ups with that load.

If you are biking, running, rowing etc, go unloaded for step ups or a farmer hold or even weight accrsoss the shoulders
