1-2 min of low bear/ high bear/ squat (also can add crawling)
10 Deadbug
10 Bird dogs
1 min c2 bike

Upperbody focus on this weeks flow with some stability/ core and the bike as lower body focus. Straight forward - step up while doing bicep curl OR for more advanced, BTE press. Either are good
