If you haven’t been following along, start at 3 rounds and increase 1 round each week.
This is a great workout to adjust intensity based on where you are at.
Attempt to find a consistent pace on the sprint efforts as well as on the moderate. Be deliberate in how you choose to execute.
Option to use one type of cardio for sprint intervals and a second for moderate effort or keep the same for both.
