10 half kneeling band pullapart L + R
30 seconds in place bounding or sd stepper hopping
Prep: Weight on DB
This one will punish you for every break you take.
Choose a thruster weight (and height) that allows you 20+ reps in the first effort. After first break complete 1 round of the pullup, pushup, box jump combo. Get back to the thrusters= and upon the next drop, complete 2 rounds. Continue by adding a round each subsequent drop of the thruster/ wallball. At 100 reps, you're done.
Pullup/ pushup/ box jump selections/ modifications should allow you to complete all reps unbroken.
