Capacity: Sinple but hard. The 2 rounds into a rest should allow a brief recovery before repeating the same format with 2 new exercises. Repeat for a total of 4 complete sets, 8 rounds of each couplet when finished.

Engage: Crawl into push is a brutal combo.
Start with the crawl, then, leaving the harness on with 'tail' between legs, use a bent elbow position to push the sled back. These should be hard efforts, increasing the load as you go or keeping ti the same for each round. High output each round with a full rest b/n.
