Capacity
This workout encourages you to keep an eye on mechanics and focus in the movements then push hard with little skill in between.
Choose loads that allow no less than 8 reps and no more than 15 in a set. The intention is not to push to 'failure' in order to take a break, but rather, when you feel the form is breaking down and you are losing the intention of the movement.
Be sure to take a full rest (1 min?) after you've completed the sprint/ sled.
