This one is so fun you do it twice...
Start with 21 box jumps, 21 pushups, 21 calories on the rower
Then 15 of each, then 9 of each
After completing 9 cals on the rower, rest 2 minutes before repeating entire workout again.
Choose box heights, and variations that allow you to keep moving on the jumps and on the pushups only require 1 rest during the first set of 21.
