Capacity
This is a 5 minute interval that includes both the work and the rest inside the 5 minutes. Start with a step up that you can move quickly with alternating each leg but being deliberate in reps.
Next, choose a height for the jump or jump over that allows these to be quick with minimal time b/n reps. Finally finish with a set of burpees. Scale reps or move to a no push up burpee to ensure these don’t take longer than 45 seconds. Rest until the interval ends.
