One round of this is a 2-parter.
Go from a hard quick sled drag into a push immediately into a hard 30 seconds on the fan bike. Use the first 10 seconds to accelerate.
Rest remainder of the time in the 3 minutes before moving to part 2. Start with 10 "Heavy" DB presses or push presses immediately followed by a 30 second push on ski erg. similar to the bike, use the first 10 seconds to accelerate. Rest remaining time in the 3 minutes before starting back at the sled for round 2.
