This is a classic.
Should be performed as follows - perform 15 wallballs and 10 burpees right into 15 wallballs and 10 burpees. Then rest 2 minutes. Then, perform 15 kbs and 10 box jumps right into 15 kbs and 10 box jumps before resting another 2 minutes. Repeat this in it's entirely 2 more times.
