This is tricky. You will only have 1 minute to complete 15 wallballs or DB thrusters AND 10-15 pushups. You should have about 15-20 seconds remaining in the minute before the next minute starts. On the second minute you'll be performing a hard effort on the ski. 15/10 calories should take just about 40 seconds. Rest remainder of that minute and then take 1 full minute off before starting another round.

Adjust load and height of wallballs/ thrusters as well as pushup variation and calories on the skier to meet these time domains. The fifth round might take you to 'failure' in terms of making the work fit inside the minute.
