Capacity
This workout can be soul crushing or incredibly managing, depending on your effort and the loading.
Start each set with 2 x through the cardio and pushups back to back. Then move to the sled for the 100' push before resting. Repeat 2 more times
To increase intensity, hold yourself accountable on pace for the cardio and fight on the pushups to maintain good mechanics. On the sled start with a moderate load and add a respectable amount after each round. You should feel the increase.
To pull back, pace hte cardio, reduce the pushup reps and/or variation and keep the sled light.
