Great full body conditioning workout. Choose pace on ski as well as loading to find the effort you are able to give today. Presses (or Push Presses) should be unbroken. Split squat weight should challenge you for the set of 10 - can be loaded however you prefer, but don't hcoose a method where too much time is spent maneuvering the weight (back rack etc)
