Engage

This one is simple. And always valuable. We encourage sprinting as part of a well rounded workout program. Sprinting is low skill and high output when it comes to sleds and bikes which is why we love these tools.

The intention here is 'less is more'. THe effort should be 30-40 seconds max and the rest should be required in order to gear up again for the same level of effort.

Don't discount this because of it's simplicity and/or low volume.
