Engage

The 150' is a sneaky length - push yourself to maximal pace throughout the sled, regardless if the load starts to force your pace to slow. Push/ Drag/ Push is the ideal scheme with 50' for each. Pick a load that is heavy that you can't 'sprint' but you can move quickly in the first 50. The last 50 should be a burner to complete.

Move right into the hard set of pull ups or ring rows. Ideally find a variation of these that you can't complete more than 6 reps. Be that weighted, banded or more of a horizontal posittion on the ring row.
