Choose reps and movement variations that you can push yourself with. You should not be failing the reps of 10 but they should be challenging to finish.

For the fan bike, adjust calories so that your first round you finish in 40-45 seconds. Try to hold the aggressive pace throughout

You should need to full 3 minutes of rest to be able to hit every round with intensity!
