Engage

There is no sled and no fan bike for this engage... but you still need to put your foot on the gas

For the fan bike, this should be an effort that takes no more than 1 minute. If it takes you longer, cut cals back to a hard 1 minute effort. For the burpees, go directly into them. These are NO PUSHUP, meaining you will step or jump back to plank, and up, arms staying straight in plank.

Try to use the core as much as possible to get the pop up, vs using the low back.
