Engage

This is not our 'usual' engage workout. Typically we program less interference.

However, today we are pushing you to fight on the rower, one of the more potent pieces of cardio if performed correctly, and then immediately go into a solid, quick set of burpees WITHOUT the pushup.

We removed the pushup portion of the burpee bc it will increase intensity. Move quick, get right back to the floor.

If you are not comfortable with rowing/ don't have access, sub a bike or running. Keep the effort short enought (1 min) on cardio to push the pace maximally.
