10 air squats
10 prone snow angels
5 no pushup burpees
Prep: KB Movements and loading
set of full burpees or modified variation
Simple effort with 3 movements, however the combination of the legs and upper body push will no doubt be brutal. Dble KB swings and Thrusters will be same weight. Yield to whichever you need to have for weaker movement. Burpees are quick and big jump. Each round should take less than 90 seconds allowing you to have equal work to rest.
