Prep: prep rope pull + DB movement

This is a full body heavy breather. Start with a quick but challenging 50' rope pull and then move into a db movement for 10 reps each side before finishing the round with box jumps.

Choose loading on the rope pull that makes it feel 'heavy' but doesn't put you at risk of failiing. For the DB, 10 reps should be challenging for the last 1-2 reps, but should be quick and performed with good mechanices. Finally, select a height on the box jump that will allow you to move quickly through each rep.
