This workout starts with isolating the focuses, repeating each effort 3 times with ample rest between.
It then moves into more of a stamina session pairing up sled and bike and finally finishes with an all out effort moving through all 3 stations with no rest.
Your choice to increase load on sled each round (reset each time you restart a round) and to increase load on DB each round as well or keep everything consistent across the workout.
