We are in week 4 of a squat and press progression.
Squat of choice: Goblet, DB, Barbell, Belt squat, sandbag all work.
Press of choice: Chest press (flat, floor, incline with DB or barbell) or shoulder press (Seated, standing, z press with DB or barbell) all work.
DB Curtsy squats or for more advanced try a landmine single leg skater squats
Chest flys can be done on the floor or bench (flat or incline). Iso hold to the side while one arm works then vice versa. May require to different loads or adjusting angle of hold/ raise.
Ensure 90 seconds minimum rest b/n all sets
