We are returning to unilateral strength work with a single leg RDL. Ideally, back leg will lift off of floor, but if needed, it can be a light 'kickistand' for balance. Use a landmine, a KB or even a trap bar to load.
Accessory: Pick any deadlfit variation - double kbs between legs or outside of legs, trap bar, or barbell. Sumo style or traditional.
For upper body, pick a seated row focusing on mid back - superset lat pullover situp, an exericse that is primarily core with a lat bonus. Core will determine load.
