We are returning to unilateral strength work with a single leg RDL. Ideally, back leg will lift off of floor, but if needed, it can be a light 'kickstand' for balance. Use a landmine, a KB or even a trap bar to load.

Accessory this week is more stamina based and focuses on explosive lower body movements like the clean/ headcutter. Choose loads that require you to pay attention and set up properly before each rep. Aim for around 8-10 reps each :30 interval

For upper, a single arm variation of choice suyperset with DB curls to failure (1 RIR)
