Prep: Establish weight on sled
This is a variation of last weeks engage in a 'sandwich' fashion.
Start with a fast but moderately weighted sled. This should be no less than :15-20 seconds, load accordingly. After the first 50' sled, perform a quick but explosive set of either a clean (barbell also works) or a heavy russian swing. Move immediately back to the sled to finish. Try for no more than a 5 second deviation in time between the first and second sled push
