This is a twist on a classic death by burpees. Every set starts on the 90 second mark. Begin with 5 box jumps. Should be a height you can comfortably jump without hesitation. First round begins with 5 burpees and add one rep each round. Alternative to start with 3 burpees if you struggle with them, or scale to a no pushup burpee
