5 hip cars + 5 shoulder cars L + R
This is a progression from last week's 5 rounds every 2 min. This week we move to a 'beep test' format where every minute you perform thrusters and ski cals until you fail at getting them in within the minute
6 Thrusters is a good number to use, adjust weight depending on ability. For the ski, set cals that will take about 20-25 seconds to complete.
First round you should have about 20 seconds remaining when you complete the round. Aim for load and reps that allow you to finish 8-10 rounds before failing
