This is a straight up short and heavy sled push effort and will require a full send for each to stay under 30 seconds.

Continue to add weight until you are unable to move the sled the 50' inside the 30 seconds. Be sure to rest 2-3 minutes between efforts as each will be maximal, pushing the pace as much as possible until the load slows you down.
