Prep: Starting weight on sled (2-3 warmup sets to get there)

This is all about effort and a lot of lower body. 
KB swings are merely a primer to get the body going and moving for what's to come. HEavy sled will require aggressive drive and the will to move the sled forward. Finish each round with a hard sprint on the bike. Calories should not exceed 45 seconds. Adjust as needed. Option to increase sled load each round or keep consistent
