Connection (pull)
This month's pull will focus on a trapbar or sumo deadlift as the lower body strength movement. Options can include banding the trap bar or KBs as well as using cable or sumo with barbell.
Upper body will be single arm row with variations of modalities as well.
For both, increase load and/or reps each week to make progression.
Stamina combines a lower and an upper movement. Try to move from one to the next then rest between supersets.
Core is adds a focus on hip flexors this month.
