Push with the DB movements and Pull with the cardio. Option to use rower as needed

Select a load on the thrusters that challenges you to move with good mechanics for the set of 12 reps. Same load should be used for the DB Burpees. To perform this movement, keep hands on DBs throughout the burpee (deficit) and then jump or step up and stand. No jump needed.
