Capacity
This is a classic combination used in workouts like Murph. Keep the variation of the movement (and the reps) to sets you can perform unbroken for the first half of the workout.
Pushups will likely begin to fail and might need to be broken up towards the last round of each set or towards the end of the workout.
Choose cardio that you can push - whether that is running, echo bike or rowing. It should burn.
