This week in honor of Veteran's day, we are programming this workout in memory of Chad Wilkinson and as a fundraiser that supports healing Veterans in the fight against suicide and also brain injuyr. To support and read more, go here.

This is an unconventional flow as it's only 1 movement, however, it is steady state, simple and full body. Depending on the time you have as well as your energy, modify the duration, the box height and the weight (backpack or weightvest is ideal vs holding db).

If desired, add a cardio piece at each 5 minute mark for 1 min
