Connection (push)
This month's Push focuses on a single leg squat of your choice. For those returning to the trials, this is a great time to test your bulgarian split squat. Recommendation is to stay consistent with the squat you choose throughout the month and load it weekly or increase reps. Try variations using different loads, weights, where you are loading etc.
Pressing is a bench press for strength this month. We encourage everyone to try a traditional bench with the straight bar, bamboo bar or football bar (great for anyone with shoulder limitations). Flat bench preferred.
Stamina sets this month will have 1 lower and 1 upper. First set includes plyo switch jumps and second set includes 6 point shoulder raises set one and then . Both encourage some power and accessory lifts.
