Engage

This is a classic combo in a time range that is beyond a sprint duration. 1 minute is not short enough for a true sprint, however, it's meant to be a hard effort that you can fight to sustain for the 60 seconds.

The sled is similar in that the 150' is heavy but not fast. The intention is to barely finish the last few steps.

This is intended to only be 3 ish rounds if performed correctly.
