Biggest thing to factor in here is how much load to add each round. We did this and Bill added 45# each time (started with 3x45#) and I started with 45# and added #25, 25#, 15#, 10#, 10#)

Estimate people failing on sled first and people failing in round 5 or 6 if done correctly. Sprinting is the goal here. Not playing it safe.Even at lighter loads and lower cals, go hard.
