HIIT
Combining burpees and sled pushes might just be one of the more uncomfortable combinations. But it's also complimentary in that the burpee serves as a 'push' movement incorporating the upper body and the sled is primarily lower body. Both require some explosiveness but in very different ways. Burpees to a box will require some timing, agility and technique while the sled is all 'go'.
150' feet is just that little bit extra that will make the legs feel like they are failing in the final 50. Add weight each round or keep the same. Burpee alternatives can be burpees with no box jump, they can be no pushup burpee (just jump to plank), or they can be to a plate. Choose what is best for you.
