Week 3!
If you've ever done fire plunge on the bike, you know how mentally and physically challenging it is.
We take that same essence and bring it to the sled in this week's engage. One of the most important parts of today will be getting the weight right on the sled. This will be a 4 week effort, ideally using the same weight each week, or adjusting the load after week 1 to find the right stimulus.
FOr most, if the weight is correct, week 1 will not allow you to go 5 rounds in a row but rather , you'll have to rest one of them. If you successfully complete all 5 rounds in a row, consider adding load next week.
