Session Types


Semi Private Sessions

Semi-private training sessions are ‘group personal training’. Clients may come in to start their workout at any point during the training window with most workouts taking between 45 min to an hour total.

Coaches work with each individual as it relates to their goals using the self-assessment to select the workout appropriate for them on a given day. Clients may choose any of the 5 types of workouts each week depending on their energy, their goals and their interest.


OPEN ACCESS 24/7

“Having access to the gym 24/7 is a wonderful way to add a session into your regular program. Whether this is a simple cardio session on the bike, or a workout you missed during the week, access is there for all of our members using a key pad system.


Group Workout

Class is done as a group, led by a coach from warm-up through cooldown providing adjustments for all abilities and levels. While the workout changes weekly, it always offers clients a chance to push themselves appropriately for their individual level. This class combines metabolic conditioning, weights, cardio, and functional movements through a unique and varied workout! This is a fun, effective, and intense workout to add to your fitness program!


Personal Training

For individuals who prefer one on one sessions or have unique schedule and/or specific needs, we offer half hour, 45-min and 1 hour personal training.
