"This is a balance of cardio and a complex of weights/ body weight.

Push hard on the first cardio effort but allow enough in the tank to get off and perform quality reps of the swings and burpees. Both are explosive movements so choose loads that demand that, but that you can perform with solid mechanics.

The cardio cals will decrease along wiht the time. However, the complex will always remain the same."
