Step ups weight should allow you continuous movement but feel 'heavy' and cimbersome towards the end of the set. Choose a height box where knee is lower than the hip.
Box jump overs should be on the same box making a fast turn around and repeating next jump immediately. If jump overs with box are not possible substitute for box jump or a squat jump in place.
Piston push should be a moderate to heavy l;oad that challenges you each round for the last few pushes.
