5 Hang db snatches
5 inchworms

Prep
Practice devils press or hang dbl db snatch

The goal of this workout is to complete 50 reps of both the DB movement AND the burpee movement. You have a 2 minute interval each round to work on max reps.

After the 2 minutes of work, take 2 min recovery, ideally easy/ moderate cardio vs nothing.

Choose weights and movement modifications that allow you to work consistently through the 2 minutes with minimal rest
