This beep test is brutal.
What is most crucial is setting yourself up for success and knowing your ability/ how to adjust.
The ultimate goal of this test is to fail. If you never fail, you missed the right loads/ reps.
Use the warm-up to establish the load on the sled and burpee rep range that have you finishing fresh in less than :40. This number WILL decrease drastically as the workout goes on as this is an EMOM. If you play it too safe, you'll never fail. Go to hard, and you won't make it past 3 rounds.
Sweet spot is to be between 6-8 rounds.
