This workout has 2 couplets of complimentary movements. A push pull in the wallball/ ski followed by an upper body press and a hip hinge jump

Move through 2 rounds of wallball ski then rest 1 min before starting 2 rounds of pp box jump. Rest 1 min before repeating that sequence 2 more times

Choose loads and efforts that allow for all 15 reps to be completed with no rest
