Prep: Starting weight on sled (200' light, then 100' warm-up weight)
This one might not look like much... but adding a time component to the sled distance will take the workout to another level. Choice to increase load as you go (until failure or until you're good) OR keep the same weight for each set. Rest enough between efforts that you can push hard during the set.
