Experiment w/ burpee bx jp

Two couplets back to back, first 90 seconds are the DB movement and then max cals in remaining time of the 90 seconds. Move right into the 10 burpee box jumps, completing ski in remaining time of that 90 seconds. Then rest and repeat. Sub any burpee variation and/ or plate hop for movements
