We are in week 4 of a squat and press progression.

Squat of choice: Goblet, DB, Barbell, Belt squat, sandbag all work.

Press of choice: Chest press (flat, floor, incline with DB or barbell) or shoulder press (Seated, standing, z press with DB or barbell) all work.

Goblet cossack squats with DB or Landmine are also an option for today, but prioritize loading to make the set challenging.

For the Upper body superset of IYT pushups, slider shown in video is optional. reaching arm out with no sliding is just as effective. Option to do both arms together as well.

Dips - use a band or feet assisted on a dip bar or rings if possible, close grip incline pushups are a sub as well as traditional bench dips (add load to lap)

Ensure you are resting 90 seconds to 2 minutes between sets/ supersets
