We are in the final week a hinge and pull progression. This is a retest week if you have been doing all 6 weeks, if not, add to load from last week.

Hinge of choice: Traditional Deadlift, Trap bar, Sumo deadlift (KBs or Barbell), Hip thrust all work

Pull of choice: Lat pull down, seated row, T-bar row, bent over row all work.

Single or double db/ kb or landmine are both fine for the single leg RDL. If needed, use back foot for support but only to assist in balance. Landmine is a helpful tool if balance is challenging you.

Lat pullovers can be performed on floor or bench. Superset with a supine (palms facing up grip) on either pull-ups, assisted pull-ups (band or feet) or a palm facing up ring row.

Ensure you are resting 90 seconds to 2 minutes between sets/ supersets
