This one should be an all out 2 min/ 1 min effort each time.

While this is an "until YOU'RE good" effort and there are no set rounds assigned, every effort should be maximal. 

If you are 5 and 6 rounds in, ask yourself if you are really going for it each round or holding back and looking for 'more is better'. Perhaps it's not intentional, but identify if you struggle to hit all out intensity. 

Sub for burpees is no push up burpee or a sled piston push.
