Week 4 of a 6-week progression of unilateral lower and upper body push. Stick with the same 2 exercises you chose last week.

For slant board squats or heel elevated squats on a plate, goblet or farmer hold or barbell on back all work. Descend with control and hold bottom, active position for a count of three before driving up

Move right into 10 box jumps - experiment if comfortable with jumping - try two feet take offs, landing with legs extended etc.

Goblet carry should be very challenging to finish without a break. Alternative is Zercher carry with barbell or sandbag. Move right into DB or plate front raises, moving to shoulder height with control
